When you register with our web site in order to receive your annual National Carbon Footprint Day reminder to take your utility meter readings or get a log-in password to record your confidential readings we need to know your name and e-mail address.  We undertake that your email address will be used for no other purpose other than for recording your pledge,  emailing your annual National Carbon-Footprint Day reminder and other information about National Carbon Footprint Day.  It will not be passed onto any other third parties.

Updating your details

If any of the information that you have provided to the National Carbon Footprint Day changes, for example if you change your e-mail address, or name details please do so by going to Your Readings and editing your profile. If you wish to cancel your registration, complete this form with your username and the word REMOVE in the subject. All of your information will be permantly removed from our system.

Your consent

By submitting your information you consent to the use of that information as set out in this Policy. If we change our Privacy Policy we will post the changes on this page and  also e-mail you, should we make any changes so that you may consent  to our use of your information in that way. Continued use of the service will signify that you agree to any such changes.
